Bin reminder service
Sign up to our Bin Reminder service to receive emails reminding you when to put your refuse, recycling and garden waste* bins out for collection.
You’ll receive emails the night before your next collection day to remind you to put out the correct type of waste.
If your collection is affected by bank holidays we'll remind you the night before not to put your bin out. We'll also email you the night before your changed collection day to remind you to put your bin out.
If you are already a subscriber, you can use this form to unsubscribe from this service. Just enter your address and email to stop receiving emails from us.
*Garden waste reminders are only sent to subscribers of our garden waste collection service.
