Report antisocial behaviour

Antisocial behaviour is a broad term used to describe the day-to-day incidents of crime, nuisance and disorder that make many people's lives a misery - from litter to vandalism, public drunkenness to aggressive dogs, to noisy or abusive neighbours which impact negatively on a resident’s or visitor’s quality of life in and around their home.

Because there is such a wide range of behaviours, it means that responsibility for dealing with antisocial behaviour is shared between a number of agencies including Exeter City Council, Devon & Cornwall Police and registered social landlords.

The police deal with more serious anti-social behaviour issues such as groups gathering causing public disorder, harassment or intimidating behaviour.

To contact the police call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger, or if the crime is in progress.

Call 101 to contact the police if the crime is not an emergency.

You can also contact Crimestoppers to report a crime anonymously. They will pass the information about the crime to the police.
