Community Safety Charter

Our purpose

The Exeter Community Safety Charter brings together city organisations through Safer Exeter, our city-wide Community Safety Partnership.

We work collaboratively to help ensure Exeter remains safe, inclusive and welcoming for everyone.

Exeter City Council leads this work, which includes tackling anti-social behaviour, a priority for all partners within Safer Exeter.

Our shared commitments

Exeter is a safe city, although like other towns and cities it has its challenges. We recognise that anti-social behaviour is an issue that affects residents, visitors, workers, students and the business community.

By acknowledging these challenges and working together, we are delivering effective, compassionate and lasting solutions for Exeter.
