Public open space disposal - Disposal of site for temporary mast Exeter Arena
Notice is hereby given than Exeter City Council intends to dispose (by way of a lease of 10 years) a 17m2 (approx.) compound, to accommodate a mobile telecommunications mast at Exeter Arena Car Park, which is effectively open space land.
The site will facilitate the demolition and redevelopment for social housing of Rennes House Vaughan Road which currently accommodates this mast on its roof.

The period for submitting comments on this disposal has now passed.
