Public open space disposal - Hamlin Lane
Notice is hereby given than Exeter City Council intends to dispose (by way of a 10 year lease) a 35m2 (approx.) compound, to accommodate a mobile telecommunications mast St Georges Field, at Hamlin Lane Playing Fields Exeter EX1 3AG, which comprises open space land.
The site which has planning approval under Ref; 24/0701/PNT will facilitate the demolition and redevelopment for social housing of Rennes House Vaughn Road which currently accommodates the mast on its roof.

The period for submitting comments on this disposal has now passed.
