Public open space disposal - Land at the far end of Exeter Arena Car Park
Notice is hereby given than Exeter City Council intends to dispose (by way of a lease of up to 3 years) of a 35m2 (approx.) compound, to temporarily accommodate a mobile telecommunications mast at the far end of Exeter Arena Car Park, which is effectively open space land.
The site which has planning approval under Ref; 24/0701/PNT will facilitate the demolition and redevelopment for social housing of Rennes House Vaughn Road which currently accommodates the mast on its roof.

The period for submitting comments on this disposal has now passed.
