If you are unhappy with our response to a freedom of information request, then you can request a review by using the following form.

You will need the case reference from your freedom of information request, and the reason you are asking for a review.
We will contact you within 20 working days to discuss your request.
Requests can be made verbally by calling 01392 277888 and asking for "freedom of information"
