5. Help with paying for home energy improvements
Some homeowners may need financial support to carry out energy efficiency or low carbon heating improvements.
Exeter City Council partners with Lendology CIC, a not for profit lender, to offer access to affordable loans for eligible homeowners to fund approved home improvements, including energy saving measures.
This support helps residents understand their options and what assistance may be available before making any decisions. Loans are available to homeowners only, with eligibility criteria and assessments applied.
