Evaluation and impact report
We want to hear about your project.
Please complete the evaluation form within 3 weeks of the completion of the project, and send us pictures and any other information that you would like us to help promote your work.
You will need to provide the following about your project:
- Project Purpose - what you set out to achieve
- Outputs and outcomes - what was achieved and what happened as a result of your project
- How your project benefited the lives of local people
- How you spent the money - what you spent the money on
- How many people benefited from your project
- What went well
- What would you do differently next time
- Top tips for other groups thinking about doing a similar project
Please note that funding will not be awarded if there are outstanding evaluation/impact reports
