1. Monkerton and Hill Barton masterplan (2010)
A masterplan has been produced for the Monkerton and Hill Barton development area of Exeter.
This provides a framework to guide the future development of a sustainable urban extension to the north-east of the city. It supplements policies in the adopted core strategy and is important for guiding planning applications for the site. The masterplan has been produced to enable comprehensive development of this area through the planning process.
