1. Authority Monitoring Report
Councils are required to produce an Authority Monitoring Report (AMR).
The AMR sets out progress on the timetable for producing planning policy documents (such as the Exeter Plan). It also shows how the implementation of local plan policies is progressing. Finally, it contains information on nationally required matters including housing provision, neighbourhood plans, the duty to cooperate and Community Infrastructure Levy receipts.
