It will allow you to view a record of many of your interactions with us, and to receive updates on the progress of your requests.
Manage your garden waste bins
This form is for existing subscribers to manage their bins.
Use this form to order additional bins, remove unwanted bins or swap your small brown bin for a large one.
If you already have a small bin, there will be an additional charge to change to a large garden waste bin.
The bin you receive from us will either be brand new or reconditioned.

We will change your brown bin(s) within 10 working days. We normally change bins in your area on your scheduled garden waste collection day.
You will be asked to leave your empty brown bin at your usual collection point.
