Please note: When using this form you will be prompted to sign up for our new Exeter City Council Customer Account, called MyExeter. MyExeter is your personal account with the council. It will allow you to view a record of many of your interactions with us, and to receive updates on the progress of your requests.
Order a new or replacement bin
Use this form to order new or replacement wheeled bins for household rubbish or recycling.
Please note: Delivery of black bins is currently taking 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your order.
We charge for the supply of all containers for rubbish and garden waste. Recycling bins are free of charge. See the Bin charges page for further details.
The bin you receive from us will either be brand new or reconditioned.
After you order:
- You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed
- Please allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us about your order
- If your black bin has not arrived after 8 weeks, please contact us so we can investigate
