3. Reported graffiti removal consent

Use this form to grant us permission to remove graffiti from your property and where we have asked for your permission to remove it.

You will need a FS-CASE number in order to complete this form, this appears on the letter you received from us

By agreeing to us to remove the graffiti from your property, subject to the Council exercising reasonable care in the performance of the removal service, you will not hold them responsible for any damage caused during or arising from the graffiti removal operation.

Your consent will be valid for a 12 month period, so you won't need to grant us permission to remove subsequent graffiti when it is reported.
