3. Make a noise complaint

You can click on the start button to make a noise complaint.

Please note that we will not investigate your complaint if:

  • you report any of the types of noises listed in Section 1 that we cannot deal with
  • you provide anonymous or false contact details
  • you don’t know where the noise is coming from
  • you are not prepared to complete noise log sheets when requested.

  • type, frequency and duration of the noise
  • name and address of the person/premises causing the noise
