Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Exeter City Centre and St. Thomas.

Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) were introduced as part of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. PSPOs can be used to control behaviours which are having, or are likely to have a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality. PSPOs impose conditions or restrictions on people using that area.
