2024 Resident survey results

Introduction

During Summer 2024, we asked for your feedback in our Residents Survey. The survey asked questions that explored perceptions of living in Exeter and the services provided by us.

How we conduct the surveys

The residents survey was carried out by an independent research company, Enventure Research, who conducted a representative survey of 1,100 residents in Exeter by telephone and face to face interview. The survey uses the Local Government Association 'Are you being served?' method, allowing comparison of results with other Councils.

Budget Consultation for 2025-26: Results

During December 2024 and January 2025, we asked for your feedback on how we can make the best use of our resources to set a balanced budget in the next financial year; April 2025 to March 2026. The results of our budget consultation are available to download.
