Notice is hereby given that Exeter City Council intends to:
- Grant an easement right across amenity land at the end of St Peters Mount, Redhills.
Background
In March 2026 approval was granted under Delegated Authority to grant an easement right to Tilia Homes to enable them to lay foul and storm water pipework from their housing site across amenity land to connect to the existing sewer in St Peters Mount.
Works and arboricultural method statements were received and approved and once the pipework has been laid the land will be fully restored.
The path at the site will be closed for a short period of time and secured for a short period to members of the public for safety reasons.
