Exeter Local Housing Needs Assessment (LHNA)
The various LHNA documents assess the nature and make-up of current and future housing needs in the city, including of specific groups.

Exeter Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA)
The HELAA identifies and assesses potential housing and employment sites to inform allocations in the Exeter Plan.
The HELAA has been prepared in accordance with a methodology that is shared with East Devon and Mid Devon District Councils and the Dartmoor National Park Authority.
The HELAA included consultation with a Panel of stakeholders with knowledge of the housing development industry. The Constitution and Terms of Reference for the Panel can be viewed here:
