3. Find a planning application

Please use our online search tool by clicking the Start button below.

You can see progress and decisions or make a comment on a planning application.

It is important to supply your name, address and post code, or email address.

Please note all written representations can be viewed by the public. They cannot be treated as confidential. Your name will be displayed on our website, as well as your address if it is included with your comments. But you signature, telephone number or email address will not be shown.

If the application goes to appeal, your name and address may be published on our website and shared with the Planning Inspectorate, along with your objection. The names of addresses of those notified about the application and whether an objection was received, will also be published on our website.

Only comments on planning matters can be considered. Any comments we think are personal or inappropriate may be removed.
