Is your home in a Conservation Area?

If your house is in a Conservation area then different planning rules will apply to some changes you want to make.

Is your home (and linked structures) a Listed Building?

If your home and/or linked structures is listed, there is strong protection over changes, and you will need Listed Building Consent to make changes

Are trees at your home protected?

Tree can either be protected by a a Tree Preservation Order because they are in a Conservation Area.
