- Request a copy letter of a change of property name (outside of our data retention period)
- Request a letter confirming the official postal address of your property

You will also need a valid debit/credit card for payment of £32.
Once you have completed the application form and paid for this service the Street Naming and Numbering Officer will email a copy of the confirmation letter to you.
