5. What we cannot investigate
We cannot deal with:
- Potential breaches that haven't happened yet.
- Anonymous complaints (your details will be kept confidential).
- Boundary disputes or Party Wall issues.
- Property ownership disputes.
- Complaints about developments we've already investigated and made a decision on.
- Complaints which are without foundation and/or are not genuine planning-related concerns.
- Highway or road network issues (these should be directed to Devon County Council).
