9. Pay your service charges

When paying your service charges, it can be paid in full or you can request to pay it in instalments by setting up a monthly direct debit.

Direct Debits can be arranged by completing and returning the mandate that is on the reverse of your invoice.

Please select 'Sundry Debtors' when selecting your payment.

You will need your service charge invoice number to make a payment to us.

We will notify you once payment has been received.

By telephone - payment by debit and credit card is accepted. Please telephone 01392 665885 to pay.
In person - you can pay by debit card at our Customer Service Centre at the following address: Exeter City Council, Civic Centre, Exeter, EX1 1JW.
