5. Development Delivery Policy Statement
The Inspector examining the Core Strategy recommended that the Council produce a short policy statement to deal with any shortfall in the provision of a 5-year housing land supply.
The Development Delivery Policy Statement, which updates the original Development Management Policy Statement, ensures the focus on delivering good development is maintained.
The Development Delivery Policy Statement was adopted on 26 November 2013.
