1. Overview
We have a number of Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) that provide more detail on the policies in the Local Plan.
SPDs provide guidance, not formal policy, but are subject to public consultation. Supplementary Planning Guidance has the same purpose. Planning Statements have a similar role but are not subject to public consultation.
The following SPDs have been adopted and are a material consideration in determining planning applications.
