8. Planning obligations supplementary planning document (2014)
The planning obligations SPD is designed to provide information about the Section 106 planning obligations which are likely to be required from new development. It is based on the premise that Planning Obligations (alongside the Community Infrastructure Levy) help to secure the infrastructure and services needed to mitigate and support new development in combination. The SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
