1. Local Plan evidence-base
This evidence-base was prepared to support the current Local Plan. Because the current Local Plan documents (Core Strategy and Local Plan First Review) were adopted in 2012 and 2005 the accompanying evidence-base is some years old. The evidence list here is not exhaustive.
We are in the process of writing a new Local Plan, called the Exeter Plan. As part of developing the Exeter Plan the evidence base is being updated.
