12. Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) 2010

We prepared a SHLAA to help identify sites that were allocated in the Adopted Core Strategy 2012 to help meet housing needs. In summary, the SHLAA :

  • Identifies sites and broad locations with potential for housing
  • Assesses their development potential and
  • Assesses their suitability for development and the likelihood of development coming forward (their availability and achievability).
