Supplementary Planning Documents and Planning Statements

In May 2021, the Government published national planning policy for a new affordable housing product called First Homes. The First Homes planning policy statement explains how our existing planning policies on affordable housing will be interpreted for First Homes. The statement is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
