2. Local Plan First Review 1995-2011
The Local Plan First Review is one of the two documents (alongside the Core Strategy) which make up the Local Plan for Exeter. It includes the more detailed level of planning policies for Exeter. The Plan was adopted on 31 March 2005.
Local Plan Written Statement and Proposals Map
The majority of policies in the Local Plan First Review have been saved by the Secretary of State. This means that the policies continue to be implemented.
These policies will be saved until they are replaced by those in the new Exeter Plan.
The Local Plan First Review will be replaced by the new Exeter Plan once it is adopted.
