Interim Head of Service - Housing
The Interim Head of Service - Housing is responsible for Tenancy Services, as well as other housing-focussed areas in the Council.
Their responsibilities include:
- Rents and service charge services
- Tenancy and neighbourhood management
- Resident involvement and community engagement
- New lettings
- Leaseholder services
- Performance and policy
- Compliance with the Consumer Standards
Head of Service - Asset Maintenance
The Head of Service - Asset Maintenance is responsible for Housing Assets, as well as other property related responsibilities.
Their Housing responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day repairs on both tenanted and ready to let properties
- Planned improvements to properties including communal areas
- Compliance & general health and safety management, including safety
inspections - Asset management
- New build development
- Compliance with the Consumer Standards
