Exeter City Council has a range of housing policies, strategies and plans that help guide how we deliver housing services, meet legal and regulatory requirements, improve housing standards, and support the needs of current and future residents.
These documents set out our priorities, objectives and approach to providing safe, sustainable and high-quality housing across the city.
